Alison Glover is a graduate from the Manchester

University BSc (Hons) programme in Physiotherapy in 1991 and attained her MSc in Science of Sport Injury in 2006. Alison is a member of the MCSP (Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy), HPC (Health Profession Council) and the SMA (Sports Massage Association) as well as having acheived the Gold Standard for the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine.

Throughout her physiotherapy career she has gained a wide range of experience and skills in the NHS, the Royal Air Force and within private practice. Alison has a wealth of international experience, including working 2 years in Australia, and selected as one of the physiotherapists with the Great Britain team at the 2004 Athens Paralympic Games, the 2006 Turin Paralympics Games and the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games.

Since the company’s inception, Alison has been the lead physiotherapist for badminton at the Scottish Institute of Sport, as well as the Lead Physiotherapist for Paralympic UK Athletics and has worked with England hockey, rugby, badminton cycling and athletics at Birmingham's English Institute of Sport.

Alison continues to work as a physiotherapist with England hockey, UK athletics and for the English Institute of Sport. Her most recent endevours has been a physiotherapist with the England Team at the Delhi Commonwealth Games 2010.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Brett is a graduate of George

Brown College, Mt. Allison University, Sheridan College and the MSc Rehabilitation Science programme in Glasgow. Brett has a wealth of knowledge in orthotics and athletic therapy, having been involved in the medical field since 1987. He has worked with various sports teams and clinics at both the university and national levels.

Since 1998, he has been the athletic therapist for the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball team, travelling with them to tournaments in North America, Great Britain, Europe, Australia and the Orient. Brett was a member of the Core Medical Team at the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games and the 1998 Ontario Winter games. He was also one of a select group chosen from across Canada to be part of the Canadian Medical Team at the 2000 Sydney Paralympic Games, 2004 Athens Paralympic Games and 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games. Since moving to the UK he has been lead physiotherapist for judo with the Scottish Institute of Sport and GB Boccia as well as involvement with GB Disability Archery.

Presently, Brett is the lead therapist for the Mens’ Canadian Wheelchair Basketball team as they prepare for the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
